- چکیده مدیریت شهرى تلاشى است براى هماهنگ و یکپارچه کردن اقدامات دولتى و خصوصى جهت چیره شدن بر مسائلى که ساکنان شهرها با آن مواجه هستند و ایجاد شهرهاى رقابتی تر، عادلانه تر و پایدارتر. هدف این تحقیق عوامل اثر گذار بر مدیریت یکپارچه خدمات ایمنی در مدیریت شهری شهر سقز است که جامعه آماری تحقیق ۲۵۰ نفر از کارشناسان و کارکنان اداری شهرداری سقز بودند که از این تعداد طبق جدول مورگان ۱۴۸ نفر با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. روش گردآوری داده پرسشنامه خودساخته محقق بود که پایایی و روایی آن مورد تأیید بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها به وسیله نرم افزار های و lizrel و با روش های تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و دو آزمون ضریب همبستگی و تی والیوس انجام گرفت. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که سه مؤلفه مدیریت یکپارچه شهری، سیاستگذاری یکپارچه شهری و عوامل موثر بر عدم یکپارچگی مدیریت یکپارچه شهری می توانند جز مولفه های مدیریت یکپارچه خدمات ایمنی شهر سقز قرار داشته باشند. همچنین تمامی گویه های مربوط به هر سه مؤلفه برای سنجش میزان مدیریت یکپارچه خدمات ایمنی شهر سقز دارای اعتبار می باشند. کلیدواژه‌ها: مدیریت شهری؛ مدیریت یکپارچه خدمات ایمنی شهری؛ خدمات ایمنی

Abstract Urban management is an attempt to coordinate and integrate the government and the private sector for the issues that city residents face and create more competitive, fairer and more sustainable cities. The aim of this research is to determine the factors affecting integrated service management in urban management of Saqqez city. The statistical population of the research was ۲۵۰ experts and administrative staff of Saqqez municipality, from which ۱۴۸ were selected based on the Morgan table using simple random sampling. The data collection method was a self-made questionnaire from the researcher, whose reliability and validity were examined. The analysis and data were performed using and LIZREL software tools and with analytical factor analysis methods and two correlation coefficient and T-value tests. The research findings showed that the three components of integrated urban management, integrated urban policy-making and factors affecting the failure of integrated management integration can be integrated into the integrated management of urban services in Saqqez city. Also, all items related to all three components are valid for measuring the level of integrated management of safety services in Saqqez city.
