Abstract

   Logistics plays a vital and essential role in any industry, and the pharmaceutical industry is no exception. The importance of logistics in the pharmaceutical industry is extremely high due to the sensitive and critical nature of the products and services of this industry. Issues such as supply management, timely distribution of drugs to medical centers, product quality and safety control, and management of raw materials and components of drugs are all factors that must be managed with high precision and coordination in the supply and distribution chain of drugs. One of the factors that have tremendous effects on improving the performance of industries is technological advances. Blockchain technology is one of these developments that is trying to create a big change today and to some extent in some industries. In this research, the criteria for evaluating the logistics readiness of Iran's pharmaceutical industry for the implementation of Blockchain technology are prioritized. For this purpose, using library studies, the main criteria in ۶ categories of organizational, human resources, technology, environmental/cultural, financial and security have been extracted from the research literature, and these ۶ categories of criteria include ۵۲ sub-criteria. After extracting the criteria and sub-criteria using the fuzzy Delphi method and asking the opinion of ۱۲ experts of Aduratab company, the number of ۳۸ sub-criteria was finally approved and then using the BWM questionnaire and asking the opinion of ۵ experts of Aduratab company, the criteria and sub-criteria were scored and using From the Lingo software, the weighting of criteria and sub-criteria has been done with the BWM method, and according to the obtained weights, priority has been given. The results of the research show that among the main criteria, the organizational criterion is the first priority and the environmental/cultural criterion is the last priority, and also in the main organizational, financial, human resources, technology, security and cultural environmental criteria respectively, the sub-criteria of the support of the senior manager. Financial resources, knowledge and expertise in the use of technology, data storage, issues related to privacy and data security, and research and development about blockchain technology and its validation are the first priority, and the sub-criteria of data ownership and responsibility Saved, training cost, resistance to change, relative advantage of the technology over other technologies, private key security/key management, and flexibility are ranked last.
